Rima Saad Rassam

Dr. Rima Saad Rassam is the program coordinator at St. Jude Global Palliative Care Program. She holds a Master’s and PhD in Nursing Sciences from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. Rima carries more than 22 years of combined expertise in pediatric oncology nursing and pediatric palliative care practice, education, and research. She completed two research residencies at the University of Michigan and Harvard University in 2019. Rima is a recipient of many national and international awards. Her research focuses on parents’ perspectives toward pediatric palliative care to uncover and implement potential improvement strategies in limited-resource settings.
